These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the rebrick.ma website. By browsing the site, you accept these terms in full. They are governed by Moroccan law.

2. Purpose of the site
The site presents the activities of REBRICK (recycled textile insulation, construction materials trade), allows browsing the catalogue, requesting quotes and placing orders subject to confirmation by our team. No online payment is processed via the site.
3. Order process
An order placed on the site has the value of a quote request. It does not constitute a final sale until confirmed by REBRICK. Prices are indicative and may vary depending on availability, delivery and special offers. Final terms are confirmed by phone, email or WhatsApp.
4. Promo codes
Promo codes are personal, non-transferable and valid only within the announced validity period. They cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions. REBRICK reserves the right to deactivate any code in case of suspected abuse.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, design, code) are the exclusive property of REBRICK or its partners. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal proceedings under Moroccan Law 2-00 on copyright and related rights.
6. User obligations
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to compromise its security, not to scrape its content automatically without authorization, and to provide accurate information when contacting us or ordering.
7. Liability
REBRICK strives to provide accurate information but does not warrant that the site is free of errors or interruptions. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site. Product images are non-contractual.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.
